22 September 2017
Sponsored by the Brevan Howard Centre for Financial Analysis, Imperial College Business School
Hosted by EY, 25 Churchill Place, London E14 5RB
It’s already 10 years after the Global Crisis started with the Subprime Crisis. To reflect on the Crisis and what comes next, CEPR is organising a conference on Ten Years after the Crisis: Looking back, looking ahead on 22 September 2017, generously hosted by EY at their offices at 25 Churchill Place, London and with the support of the Brevan Howard Centre for Financial Analysis, Imperial College Business School.
The aim of this meeting is to involve participants in an exchange of views about these important issues. The discussion is organised into four panels:
- Financial stability: Has regulatory reform gone far enough?
- Key issues: Too big to fail, derivative markets, shadow banking
- Where could the next crisis come from? Advanced and emerging economies
- Conclusions: Perspectives now and in 2007
