Registration: The conference room is located on the ground floor of the Hotel. There will be signs / staff to help you find the way. Please visit the welcome desk outside the conference room to pick up your badge and programme / list of participants.

Wi-Fi: There is free wif-fi in the areas the conference is held. A code will be given to you at the welcome desk.

Lunch / refreshments: all refreshments and a buffet lunch taken during the conference is provided. This is also located on the ground floor of the hotel.

Poster sessions: the dedicated poster sessions where you can interact with the author(s) are held at 2-3pm on Thursday 21 January and 1.30-2.30pm on Friday 22 January. The poster boards are located in the conference room and the posters will also be available to view all day. More information on the poster sessions can be found here.
