Accommodation
Rooms have been reserved in the following two hotels in Oslo. Participants will receive confirmation as to which hotel they have been booked into as soon as possible:

Directions
Oslo Airport is very well connected to the city centre.
The fastest way to get from the airport to the hotels is to take the Airport Express train to the Oslo Central Station. The journey is approximately 27 minutes and costs 170 NOK (or +/- €20) See http://www.flytoget.no/eng for a timetable and further details.
Both hotels and the Bank are within walking distance from the station, or a taxi ride if participants arrive late.

Please consult the map at the end of this document for walking directions to the Bank from each hotel.
Meals
Participants should take breakfast at the hotel. Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout each day of the conference.
Details of the conference dinners on Friday night will be communicated in due course.
Please note any dietary restrictions can only be accommodated if indicated in advance.
