Directions
Oslo Airport is very well connected to the city centre.
The fastest way to get from the airport to Rica Holberg Hotel is to take the Airport Express train to the Nationalteateret. The journey is approximately 27 minutes and costs 170 NOK (or +/- €20) See http://www.flytoget.no/eng for a timetable and further details.
When you get to Nationalteateret station, walk along Frederiks gate past the castle. Turn left and continue along the tram line, and you will see the hotel straight ahead on the corner by the square. The address is Holbergs plass 1 and the walk takes about 8 minutes.
An alternative if less keen on walking is to take the airport shuttle bus to Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel. It leaves from platform 11 at the airport. This will take about 50 minutes and cost NOK 160. When you get to Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel, Rica Holberg Hotel is just across the square.
Hotel to Conference Venue
The easiest route is to take the tram from just outside the hotel, line 17 or 18 towards Rikshospitalet. Get off at Universitetet Blindern. The tram costs NOK 30 and takes under 10 minutes.
Meals
Participants should take breakfast at the hotel. Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout each day of the conference.
