Registration begins with lunch at 12pm on Thursday 2 November. The desk is located outside of the conference room with lunch / breaks taking place in the ground floor foyer.

Directions from Frankfurt's main train station (Hauptbahnhof): Take the S-Bahn (lines 1 to 9 departing from platform 101 or 102) to "Hauptwache", and then switch to the subway (U-Bahn) system (line 1 in the direction of Ginnheim, line 2 in the direction of Gonzenheim, line 3 in the direction of Hohemark or line 8 in the direction of Riedberg). Exit at the stop "Holzhausenstraße".
From "Holzhausenstraße" U-Bahn station, it is a 10 minute walk - see the location map at the bottom of this page for directions.
Alternatively you can take bus number 64 in the direction of Ginnheim to "Bremer Straße".
Directions from Frankfurt Airport: There is a direct train line (S-bahn lines 8 or 9) from Frankfurt Flughafen Bahnhof to Hauptwache (via the Hauptbahnhof) which takes 15 minutes. From there follow the directions above to the venue.
A single fare from the airport is €4.80.

Taxis - in reasonable traffic conditions, a journey from the airport to the city centre takes around 20-30 minutes. The cost is around €35-40 (and no pre-booking is required) so it is by far more quicker and cheaper to travel by public transport where possible.

Please check your original invitation email to confirm if the costs (B&B only) are covered by the organisers. All incidentals must be settled by yourself on departure (so a credit card may be asked for as a guarantee on check-in).
Directions: If coming from Frankfurt Airport, take the S-Bahn 8 or 9 to the Hauptbahnhof and then change for the U-Bahn line 4 to "Bockenheimer Warte" (two stops). From here it is 200 metre walk to the hotel.

This is a 7-8 minute walk from the venue and to the hotel.
The dinner is only open to programme participants and selected participants (based outside of Frankfurt). Please check your email invitation / confirmation if you have been offered a place.
