The conference starts on Friday 5th at 9 am and last until lunchtime on Saturday.
Hotel Flamingo is a beautiful resort 40 km from Cagliari, in Sardinia. The organization will cover accommodation (single occupancy) up to three nights from the 4th – 7th of June. Any participants who are planning to bring along an extra person should get in touch with Hotel Flamingo directly in order to arrange this.

5. Meals
A conference dinner will take place at the resort on Friday 5 June.
Breakfast, lunch and refreshment will be provided during the conference according to the programme schedule, as well as dinner on Thursday night for those arriving on the 4th.
Please be reminded that dietary restrictions can only be accommodated if indicated in advance.
