If you are arriving by train or from Linate airport, it is best to take a taxi to the hotel/IGIER.
If you are arriving from Malpensa airport, please take the Malpensa Express train to Cadorna Station and then a taxi to the hotel/IGIER. The Malpensa Express service links the center of Milan with the intercontinental hub at Malpensa Airport (Terminal 1, basement level) with 129 trains a day, between 4.28 and 0.26 a.m. Terminal 1, for international traffic, is connected to Terminal 2, dedicated mainly to low-cost traffic, by a free 24-hour shuttle service.

The hotel is about a 20 min walk from IGIER. IGIER is located in the big new Bocconi building in Via Rontgen, number 1. You can easily recognise it as it is all made of concrete and glass.
After entering, please take the elevator up to the fifth floor and follow the directions to room 5-e4-sr04.
We would suggest everyone to arrive a few minutes earlier bring an ID along, in order to register at reception and receive a Day Pass to access the building.

Una Hotel Mediterraneo is located near Porta Romana. If you want to use public transportation, here you will find a metro station and also a tram station. To get to Bocconi you can take in Porta Romana the tram n.9 (direction P.ta Genova) and get off after 5 stops at Porta Lodovica. From Porta Romana the underground can also take you directly to the city center in less than 5 minutes.
In case you want to walk to IGIER Bocconi, upon leaving the hotel, if you go westward you can either walk on Viale Filippetti and then viale Beatrice D’Este arriving straight to Porta Lodovica or you can go along viale Sabotino and then get to viale Bligny until you get to Rontgen.
It is of course perfectly fine to take a taxi directly to IGIER.
