The conference room is called 'Council Chambers'. When you arrive at the main reception it will be clearly signposted.
Registration and lunch will all take place in the same venue. The registration desk is in the Nuffield Hall foyer (again clearly sign-posted).
AV and wi-fi: if you are presenting, the room has the standard AV set-up with laptop, projector and screen. It is advised to deliver your slides in advance of the meeting (by emailing Amanda Vincent-Rous at CEPR here) but slides can be brought on the day via USB stick (it's a simple plug-and-play operation via the laptop).
There is free wi-fi throughout the venue (unsecured network via RCOG Guest).
The nearest underground station to the conference venue is Baker Street (on the Jubilee, Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City, Circle and Metropolitan lines) which is in Zone 1. Follow the Lords Cricket Ground exit and turn right onto Baker Street, continue walking 200m towards Regents Park, follow the road round to the left on to the Outer Circle, walk past the first exit of Sussex Place until you reach the next entrance and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists will be on your right.

The nearest underground stations to the Danubius Hotel Regents Park are St. John’s Wood (on the Jubilee Line) which is approximately a 10 minute walk or Baker Street (on the Jubilee, Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City, Circle and Metropolitan lines) which is a 15 minute walk.
St John’s Wood is in Zone 2. To walk from St John's Wood, walk along Wellington Road to the hotel and enter via their North entrance (ring the bell).

Heathrow Express trains depart from Heathrow Airport every 15 minutes and the journey time to Paddington station is 15 minutes. Luton Airport is served by a high frequency shuttle bus service connecting the airport with Luton Airport Parkway rail station in just 8 minutes. Passengers arriving at the airport can buy a rail ticket at the vending machine which includes the travel on the shuttle bus.

The Stansted Express departs every 15 minutes during peak hours, seven days a week. The journey time is 40 minutes and a return ticket will cost £32 (£19 for a single). Transfers for all participants have been arranged from the conference venue to go to 30 Euston Square. Pick-up time: 6.40pm (6 seater cars)
Participants will need to make their own way back (again to allow for individuals to leave at different times, go to different destinations etc). The nearest underground station is Euston Square (1 minute walk) on the Metropolitan, Hammersmith and City and Circle lines.
The evening event is to foster networking and interaction with all workshop participants so canapes / bowl food will be served (with unlimited drinks) instead of a sit-down meal. The event is held in the exclusive fifth floor Stephenson Suite and Rooftop Terrace (terrace only open if weather permits).
