On Thursday, please go to the reception at the front to collect your name badge. The conference room is located on the 1^st floor and is teaching room – LIF1.04. Coffee breaks and lunch will be provided on both conference days.

If you are presenting, please send me your final presentation slides by the end of Friday 8 December at the latest, so that they can send them over to their AV team before the event. They noted that their presentation screens is 3:2, you can set your slides to that format in PowerPoint (design > slide size), that will give the best result.
