Local Information
Travel from the Airport into Dublin City Centre:
There is a convenient bus from the airport http://www.aircoach.ie which leaves right outside the terminal and takes you next to Trinity College and the Trinity City Hotel, Dublin (Bus stop: O’Connell Bridge) short walk from there to the Hotel. Link below shows the route. Taxis leave outside the terminal as well if you are pressed for time.

Directions:
The Trinity City Hotel is located just outside of the Universities parameter walls. A very short pleasant walk takes you through the main gate and across Front/Parliament Square where you have a beautiful view of the University. The Conference venue is at the TRISS Seminar Room, located on the 6th floor of the Arts Building, Trinity College, see here for a map https://www.tcd.ie/Maps/map.php?b=58.
Hotel
Trinity City Hotel Dublin, which is a 6 mins walk from the conference location. Unfortunately, the hotel is unable to offer any discount
The Green Hotel, which is 10 mins walk from the conference location. The hotel has offered a 10% discount on the selling rate at the time of reservation. However guests would need to make reservation directly themselves through the number +353 (0) 1 6073500 (Reservation Department of the hotel) and quote "TCD TIME Research Unit" and advise the dates you require to get this discount.
Location:
The Hotel and the University are located in the City Centre and conveniently located for most of the top Tourist Attractions, one of the most popular being here on campus “The Book of Kells” located in the old Library which is a beautiful building.

As mentioned they should visit the Book of Kells as it is right outside the Arts Building.
