Adam Isen is an Economist at the Office of Tax Analysis at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University. His research interests center on issues in labour and public economics.
