Adrian Bruhin

Adrian Bruhin is an Assistant Professor of Economics at HEC Lausanne, University of Lausanne. He obtained his PhD in Economics from the University of Zurich in 2008. Before joining the University of Lausanne, he worked two years as a Senior Economist at the Financial Stability Unit of the Swiss National Bank. In his research, he combines laboratory and field experiments with advanced empirical methods to uncover latent heterogeneity in economic behavior. In particular, he studies the relative importance of different behavioral theories in the fields of decision making under risk and prosocial behavior.
