Alexandru Barbu is a PhD candidate at London Business School and former visiting PhD student at the University of Chicago Booth. His research focuses on financial intermediation, behavioural industrial organization and household finance. Prior to starting his PhD, he has worked at the Deutsche Bundesbank and the European Central Bank.
