Alison Felix

Economist at Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City

Alison Felix joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City in August 2007 as an Economist in the Regional Affairs Department. Her research interests fall primarily in the field of public finance with an emphasis on tax policy. Alison's current research focuses on the incidence of corporate taxes at both the state and national level. Secondary research interests include labour economics, international policy and the economics of education. Alison earned her Ph.D. in economics from the University of Michigan in 2007. She also holds a master's in economics from the University of Michigan and a bachelor's in mathematics and economics from Kansas State University.
