Alvaro Aguirre is a Researcher based in the Systemic Risk Centre at the London School of Economics (LSE). He holds a MSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from LSE and a BSc in Economics from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, with studies at UC Berkeley. His main interests lie in the areas of data and technology. He previously worked at Amazon Kindle using data to bring authors and readers closer together, and will join Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant in early 2021.
