Alvaro F. Garcia Marin is a PhD Candidate in Economics in the Global Economics and Management area at UCLA's Anderson School of Management. His research interest are in the intersection of international trade, entrepreneurship, and firm performance. In his current research, he studies the relationship between pricing decisions and performance of new exporters. While at UCLA, he earned a M.A. in Economics in 2010. Previously, he received an M.A. and a B.A. in Economics (Hons) from the Universidad de Chile.
