At Polygon, Amit leads the research and development of Web3 projects focussing on next- generation DeFiprotocols. Previously he has researched in the intersection of cryptocurrency, finance, econometrics, and statistics.Amit had also worked in quantitative roles in TradFi firms like JPMorgan Chase and ICICI bank. He holds a PhD inEconomics from the University of Warwick, an MA in economics from the Delhi School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Kanpur
