Amparo Castelló-Climent

Amparo Castelló-Climent is Senior Researcher at the Institute for International Economics at the University of Valencia. She has worked as an Associate Professor at the University Carlos III in Madrid and has been a Visiting Researcher at the Centre for Economic Performance at the London School of Economics. Her research interests include topics related to the quality and distribution of human capital, the distribution of income and their influence on economic growth, as well as the interplay between human capital and political institutions. Her work has been published in leading academic journals such as the Economic Journal, the Journal of Development Economics, and the Journal of Human Capital, among others. She holds a PhD in Economics from University of Valencia and a MSc in Economics from University College London.
