Andrew Bailey is a Principal in Oliver Wyman’s Public Sector and Policy practice, based in the UK. He specialises in advising clients on data-driven strategy and policy development, and organisational efficiency, effectiveness, and transformation topics. In addition to his work with Oliver Wyman, Andrew has worked in the Prime Minister’s Implementation Unit in the UK Cabinet Office. He has contributed to reports on a range of policy topics, including as an expert advisor to the Group of Thirty report, 'Reviving and Restructuring the Corporate Sector Post-Covid: Designing Public Policy Interventions', and for the Resolution Foundation. Andrew holds an MPA from Sciences Po, Paris (graduating summa cum laude), and an MA in Geography from St Catharine’s College, Cambridge (graduating with Distinction).
