Andrew Hannon is an economist currently based in the Directorate General Research at the ECB having previously been at the Directorate General Monetary Policy . His research focuses on macroeconomics, household finance, housing markets, debt sustainability, financial stability and sovereign default. He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge, from which he graduated in 2024.
