Andy Summers

Dr Andy Summers is an Associate Professor of Law at the London School of Economics. His research focuses on the taxation of wealth and uses administrative tax data to study the very rich. Current projects include studies of the impact of capital gains on inequality, the UK's 'non-dom' tax regime for foreigners, and the effects of tax policy on international migration.
