Antonio Cabrales is Professor of Economics at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Formerly, he was a Professor at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona and University College London. He has published articles and books in a wide range of topics covering learning and evolutionary games, experimental economics, the economics of networks and mechanism design, education and health economics. He has been President of the Spanish Economic Association in 2014 and is currently Executive Vice president of the European Economic Association. He has been a Co-editor of the B. E. Journal of Economic Analysis and Policy and Associate Editor of the Journal of the European Economic Association and is currently Associate Editor of the Journal of Economic Theory. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
