Arne Jonas Warnke is a Researcher at the Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW). His research covers the fields of labour and education economics, personnel economics, and survey methodology. His main research interests focus on the interactive relationship between workers and firms. Other topics of interest in his research deal with job-related training, the gender-wage gap, microeconomic forecasting, and the usage of linked-employer-employee data. Arne worked as a Business and Policy Consultant for among others BASF SE and Daimler AG as well as public authorities including the European Commission. Arne studied mathematics and economics at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Subsequently, he worked for different national and international research-related institutions, such as Lisbon Council, OECD, and Zeppelin University, before joining ZEW in 2011.
