Áron Kiss is Economic Analyst at the European Commission, Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs. Previously, he worked at the Hungarian Ministry of Finance, Office of the Fiscal Council, and the National Bank of Hungary. He obtained his PhD in economics from the Freie Universität Berlin. His research interests are in the areas of labour economics, public finance, macroeconomics, and political economy.
