Assaf Sarid is a lecturer (Assistant Professor) in the Department of Economics at the University of Haifa.
He holds a PhD in Economics from the Eitan Berglas School of Economics, Tel Aviv University. His fields of interest are Economic Growth, Income Inequality, Comparative Development and Culture and Economic Growth. His research focuses on the dynamics of economic growth and inequality and the long run determinants of economic development.
