Balint Menyhert is a research economist at the European Commission's Joint Research Centre in Ispra, Italy. His recent work focuses on poverty measurement, socio-economic resilience, labour market analysis and household survey data applications. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Central European University and has previous work experience from the OECD, the Federal Reserve Banks of Boston & New York and the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority.
