Bas Bakker

Division Chief in the European Department at International Monetary Fund

Bas Bakker is a Division Chief in the European Department of the IMF. He is the co-author of the book How Emerging Europe Came Through the 2008/09 Crisis: An Account by the Staff of the IMF's European Department. He obtained his PhD in economics from the University of Groningen.
