Benjamin Bluhm is a PhD student in economics at the Graduate School of Economics, Finance and Management (GSEFM) of Goethe-University Frankfurt. He received an MA from the University of Amsterdam, where he graduated on the planning and implementation of fiscal policy in the Euro area.
