Benno Ferrarini

Benno Ferrarini is a Principal Economist in the Economic Research and Regional Cooperation Department of the Asian Development Bank. Benno holds a PhD in Economics from the University of London and has nearly two decades of research experience, one of which with the ADB, mainly in the area of public finance.
