Bob Butcher

Bob Butcher is Visiting Research Fellow at the National Institute of Economic and Social Research, London, where he is working on productivity, job creation, and labour markets. He is on secondment from the UK department for Business Innovation and Skills where he was Lead Analyst on skills, and before that worked in employment, education and wider policy areas.
