Brian Nolan is Professor of Social Policy and Director of Employment, Equity, and Growth Programme at the Institute for New Economic Thinking at the Oxford Martin School, Department of Social Policy and Intervention, and Senior Research Fellow of Nuffield College, University of Oxford. Brian was previously Principal of the College of Human Sciences and Professor of Public Policy at University College Dublin, and holds a doctoral degree from LSE.
