Bridget Hoffmann is an economist in the research department at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, D.C. She received her PhD in Economics from Northwestern University in 2015 and she received her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Financial Economics from the University of Rochester in 2008. Her primary research interests are in the fields of development economics, environmental economics, and applied microeconomics.
