Burkhard Heer is Professor of Economics at the University of Augsburg, Germany. He is a Fellow at the CESifo Group, Munich, and NETSPAR, Tilbug. Burkhard is author of the two Springer textbooks ‘Dynamic General Equilibrium Modeling: Computational Methods and Applications’ (joint with A. Maussner) and ‘Public Economics: The Macroeconomic Perspective’.
