Carl Kitchens is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Florida State University and a Research Associate at the NBER. His research focuses on the role that infrastructure projects during the20th Century had on productivity growth. He holds a BA from Auburn University and a PhD from the University of Arizona, both in economics.
