Carla Sá is Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, University of Minho, and Researcher at NIPE (Economic Policies Research Unit) and CIPES (Centre for Research in Higher Education Policies), in Portugal. She holds a PhD in Economics from the Tinbergen Institute/Vrij Universiteit Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Her general research interests are in the intersection of economics of education and spatial economics, with particular emphasis on student decision-making process.
