Carmen Estrades

Carmen Estrades is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, Faculty of Social Sciences, Universidad de la República, Uruguay. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Université Bordeaux IV, France. She works in research in the areas of trade policy and agricultural trade, with a focus on the impact of trade policies on welfare and poverty in developing countries, applying general equilibrium models, partial equilibrium models and microsimulation methods.
