Carolina joined Aberdeen Standard Investments in 2015 to contribute with economics and financial modelling. She is currently dedicated to Global Asset Allocation in Multi Asset Solutions. Her areas of expertise are applied advanced econometrics, asset returns expectations and quantitative research for global macro strategy. She is also the Vice Chair of the Emerging Markets Multi Assets Steering Group. Previously to join Aberdeen Standard Investments she was Manager of Economics Research for Latin America in Evalueserve (Chile) and before that she worked in BBVA (Chile). She holds a Business Engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Valparaiso (Chile) an MSc of Economics from The University of Edinburgh (United Kingdom). During her undergraduate degree she conducted an exchange program in Millersville University of Pennsylvania, United States, and conducted Summer Programme in Advanced Econometrics and Forecasting at Cambridge University and Cass Business School, London.
