Lead on Climate Risk Analysis, International Directorate at Bank Of England

Carsten Jung is the lead on climate risk analysis in the Bank of England’s International Directorate. He also works on emerging risks to global financial stability. Prior to that he worked on risks from cross-border capital flows and the global financial safety net. He was a research fellow at the IMF’s Fiscal Affairs Department and holds postgraduate degrees from the London School of Economics and Warwick University.
