Caspar Siegert

Caspar Siegert, PhD is Head of Climate Risk in the Bank of England’s Markets Directorate. His responsibilities include overseeing the management of climate-related financial risks that the Bank of England is exposed to via its monetary policy operations. Caspar’s previously worked in a number of financial stability roles at the Bank of England – including as a senior manager in the field of macroprudential policy, in prudential policy, and in bank resolution. Between 2020 and 2022, Caspar worked for a global asset manager in the field of sustainable investing.
