Chloé Papazian

Trade Policy Analyst at Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD)

Chloé Papazian is a Policy Analyst within the Trade and Agriculture Directorate of the OECD. Her work at the OECD focuses on identifying, quantifying, and analysing industrial subsidies and other non-market practices, which may distort the level-playing field. She holds a LL.M. in European legal studies from the College of Europe and a Ph.D. in law from the European University in Florence where she worked on the interplay between climate change mitigation subsidies and the WTO Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures.
