Christopher Muller

Christopher Muller is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at the University of California, Berkeley. He studies the historical origins of racial and class inequality in incarceration in the United States, the social consequences of imprisonment, the causes and effects of sharecropping and convict leasing, and trends in mortality in the early twentieth century.
