Claudia Schaffranka is a member of the scientific staff of the German Council of Economic Experts and a PhD candidate at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. Her research interests include financial intermediation, monetary policy and energy economics. Before joining the GCEE she worked for the Boston Consulting Group and the International Finance Corporation.
