Claus Puhr is Head of the Systemic Risk Assessment Unit in the Financial Markets Analysis and Surveillance Division of the Austrian Central Bank (Oesterreichische Nationalbank, OeNB). Prior to his appointment at Oesterreichische Nationalbank he worked as an Analyst at the European Central Bank’s Financial Stability Assessment Division. Before, he has worked at Oesterreichische Nationalbank, the Bank of England and as a Technical Expert for the International Monetary Fund. He has published widely on stress testing and network analysis.
