Daniela Scur

Assistant Professor at the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University

Daniela works on understanding organizations and how organizational practices affect productivity and labor outcomes across countries and industries. Her latest work focuses on the relationship between management practices and outcomes beyond productivity -- for example, labor market sorting, profit shifting and discrimination. Daniela is affiliated with the CEPR and the Productivity Partnership and she is a Research Fellow at the MIT Sloan School of Management, with the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy, and at the London School of Economics with the Centre for Economic Performance. She serves as a faculty fellow at the Cornell Smith Family Business Initiative, and works on three large data collection initiatives: the World Management Survey, the Development WMS, and the Ownership Survey.
