Dany Jaimovich is Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Applied Econometrics and International Economic Policy, Goethe University Frankfurt. He obtained a PhD in International Economics from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies of Geneva in 2011. He holds a Master and a B.A. in Economics from Universidad de Chile. He was Research Fellow at the Inter-American Development Bank and has worked as Consultant for the IMF and the World Bank. His research interests include development economics, international trade, social network analysis and history of economic thought. He has participated in field work in different countries and was the Director of the economics-audiovisual research project "The Faces of Exclusion".
