David Hummels

David Hummels is a Professor of Economics at Purdue University and a Research Associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research. His research focuses on empirical investigations in international trade, with an emphasis on product differentiation in trade, offshoring, barriers to trade, and the effects of transportation and infrastructure on trade and economic development.
