David Klenert

Economist at European Commission

David Klenert is an economist at the European Commission. Previous to this he worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the Mercator Research Institute on Global Commons and Climate Change. He holds a PhD in Economics from the Technical University Berlin and an MSc in Physics from the ETH Zurich. His research interests include environmental, labour and public economics, in particular regarding questions of (optimal) taxation, inequality and the future of work.
