Désirée Rückert is Economist in the Economics Department of the European Investment Bank where she is involved in the EIB Investment Survey, a large scale survey of corporate investment activities. Her research interests are in digitalisation, start-ups and applied public economics. She holds a PhD degree in Economics from Cologne University.
