Diego Restuccia

Diego Restuccia is a Professor of Economics and a Canada Research Chair in Macroeconomics and Productivity at the University of Toronto in Canada. Diego is also a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) in Cambridge MA, USA and he currently serves as an Editor of the Review of Economic Dynamics. Diego’s research work focuses on economic growth and development, in particular, the role of the allocation of economic factors across heterogeneous production units or sectors in accounting for aggregate outcomes. He holds a PhD and MA in Economics from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Economics from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela.
