Donato De Rosa is currently Program Leader for Equitable Growth, Finance and Institutions in the Europe and Central Asia Region of the World Bank. He joined the Bank in 2007 from the OECD and has advised several countries in Central and Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet Union on various aspects of structural reform. His work concentrates in the areas of economic diversification, the economics of regulation, productivity and the investment climate, and the political economy of reforms.
